Setting up a Catalog will allow you to show your customers what products your company provides. Catalogs also allow your customers to leave reviews on your products.
To see how to set up a catalog please follow the instructions below:
First you will need to go to ‘Your Mobile App’ and select ‘Inner Pages’
Next you will need to press the pencil icon beside the ‘Our Menu’. You will be able to change this page name to ‘Catalog’ (If you are a restaurant or diner you can leave this as ‘Our Menu’).
In here you will have some examples of different categories and products. You can remove these examples as you will be creating your own.
If you want to connect your catalog to your products you will need to go to the ‘Page Settings’ tab and select ‘Products’ in the drop down menu beside the ‘Connect to’ field.
You can also allow your customers to leave reviews on your products in your catalog. To set this up you will need to go to the ‘Page Settings’ tab and turn the slider on (This is beside the ‘Allow Reviews’ field)
You will need to press the green circle to create a new category. You will then be prompt to add an image, title and subtitle.
In each category you will be able to set a sub-category and then add your products to the sub-category or you can add your products to the main category.
Once you create a category you will then need to press ‘Add Sub-Folder’ to add your subcategories or products to the category. Once you have created your sub-categories you will need to press the little + button that is to the left of the main category. This is to show all your sub-categories/ products of the main category.
If you want to add sub-categories for your products you will then need to press on ‘Add Sub-Folder’ in the sub-category so you can add your product to that sub category.
Once you have created your main category and your sub-categories you will then need to select ‘Turn to Content Page’ to add your product.
Once you have done this you can then add different content such as images, videos, sliders and many more (These are the grey circles located on the left of the page).
The only requirements for the content page are the name of the product in the ‘Label’ field and then add the description of the product in the ‘Description’ field and add an image or video of the product if you wish.
Next go to the ‘Item Settings’, You can change the title, subtitle and the image of the product here (If you want to show the price of your products in your catalog then it is best to add the price in the ‘Subtitle’ field)
To link the catalog to the product simply go down to the ‘Link to’ Section and you will need to press on the ‘Link Product’ button and select the relevant product.
You can also add an action button where your customers can press this action button to buy the product. You can also change what this button says i.e. Buy Now, Go to Shop.
In the ‘Item Reviews’ you can see what reviews your customers gave for the product.
