LightSpeed Integration Guide

In this guide we will show you how to connect Glue to your LightSpeed POS account. Please note that once you connect Glue to your LightSpeed account, The sync for your orders, Products and customers will start. Once this process starts we cannot stop the sync until it is complete. All of your customers on LightSpeed will also receive a SMS message inviting them to join your members club. We recommend that you complete any customisation you want to do on your members club before you do the integration with LightSpeed.

To integrate with LightSpeed is very simple. First sign in to your Glue account from our website by pressing ‘My Account’ at the top right hand corner

 

 

Next click on ‘Integrations & Add-ons’ from the left hand menu bar.

 

 

Once you are in the Integrations & Add-ons section you will need to click on the ‘Marketplace’ tab. Next simply click on ‘Add Feature’ underneath LightSpeed. This will redirect you to your Integration Settings.

 

 

 

If you are not redirected to your Integration settings (See image below) then simply click on ‘Settings’ at the bottom of the left hand menu bar and then select ‘General’. Once you are in your General Settings you will need to select the tab called ‘Integrations & Add-ons’.

Once you are in the Integration Settings, click on ‘Connect’ located to the right hand side of LightSpeed.

 

 

 

 

Once you press ‘Connect’ you will be asked to sign into your LightSpeed account.

 

 

 

When you are signed into your LightSpeed account, LightSpeed will then ask you to grant permission for Glue to integrate to your account. You will need to press ‘Authorize Application’ for the integration to connect Glue to your LightSpeed account.

 

 

 

Once you have granted Glue permission you will then get the success screen as shown below

 

 

 

Please allow 24 hours for the Sync between Glue and LightSpeed to complete as all of your Orders, Customers and your Products/ Services will be coming over to your Glue account and this may take some time to fully complete.
